Merge PDF

Combining several PDF documents into one should not require installing software or creating an account. Our free Merge PDF tool runs entirely in your browser: select the files you want to join, arrange them in the order you need, and download a single, clean PDF. Because the work happens on your device, your documents are never uploaded to any server — a real advantage when you are handling invoices, contracts, or client reports.

Freelancers use it to assemble proposal packs, students merge lecture notes into one study file, and office teams stitch scanned pages into a single archive. There is no signup, no watermark, and no limit on how often you use it. The merged file keeps the original page sizes, so mixed sources (A4 scans, US Letter exports) join without distortion.

The tool works with any standard PDF, including files exported from Word, Google Docs, Canva, or scanned with a phone app. Just drag your files into the box above, use the up and down buttons to set the order, and click “Merge PDFs”.

    FAQs

Is there a limit on the number of PDFs I can merge?

There is no artificial limit — you can merge as many files as your browser can comfortably hold in memory. Very large batches (hundreds of pages) may take a minute to process.

Will the merged PDF keep the original page sizes?

Yes. Each page keeps the size and orientation of its source file, so a mix of A4 and Letter pages merges without shrinking or cropping.

Are my documents uploaded to a server?

No. The merging happens with JavaScript inside your browser. Your files never leave your computer, so this tool is safe for sensitive documents.
